We use a dynamic pricing strategy for our tee times. This means our tee time prices often fluctuate, impacted by things such as weather, competition, local events such as sporting events and more. We encourage you to check back often and always keep in mind- our online rates are lower than our phone rates.
Here’s how you can make the most of our pricing tiers:
- Prepaid Online Times – Seize the opportunity to grab our best rates! Available 14 days in advance, these are the most advantageous deals for those who plan ahead. Book early, pay less, and look forward to a fantastic day on the greens.
- Online Pay at the Course Rates – Prefer a bit more flexibility? Our next best rate category allows you to book online and pay at the course. These rates are accessible 10 days in advance, offering a great balance of savings and spontaneity.
- Over the Phone Rates – Traditionalists and last-minute planners, we’ve got you covered too! You can still book your tee time over the phone by calling our pro shop at 440-933-9001. These bookings are available 7 days in advance.
Remember! The best rates are always found the earlier you book. Our dynamic pricing model means the earlier you secure your tee time, the more you save.
Additional Booking Details:
- A nominal reservation fee of $2.49 per player applies for all online tee times. This fee covers your reservation and is non-refundable unless the course is closed due to weather conditions.
- Please note that the Legacy Course is a Cart-Only course, and golfers must be 16 years or older to rent a golf cart.
- In case of rain, don’t worry! We offer prorated rain checks based on the number of holes played.
Important Update for Our Golfers: Course Play Adjustments
As we continually strive to enhance your golfing experience, please note the following adjustments for the remainder of the season:
- 18-Hole Rounds: Golfers will enjoy a combined layout, playing the front 9 of the Legacy Course followed by the entire Sweetbriar 9.
- Legacy Course Changes: The back 9 of the Legacy Course will be closed for the remainder of the season. This closure allows us to undertake significant improvements, including cart path renovations and various course enhancements, setting the stage for an even better next season.
